Could be a lot better
Nice place just majorly lacks some love and care.
It could be so amazing, the room we had was ok, but needed work.

Hotel muy descuidado, el lugar debe de haber sido muy lindo hace 10 años atrás, ahora no tiene mantenimiento y está todo venido abajo. No tiene vista al lago, el gimnasio no se puede llamar gimnasio, la pileta estuvo sucia todos los días, hay humedad en las paredes y en los techos, vidrios rotos, deck deteriorado y desgastado con clavos levantados, la señal de internet es casi inexistente, en una de las duchas casi no salía agua, muy pocos elementos en la kitchenette, alrededor de la pileta coca de animales, vajilla incompleta. Uno de los televisores era un monitor de 20 pulgadas. No lo recomendaría

El spa fue una decepción. La ducha escocesa no funcionaba, el sauna húmedo no levantaba temperatura, la pileta estaba sucia, sin mantenimiento y la temperatura fría, le dijimos pero no les importó mucho. El sauna seco era chico pero funcionaba bien. La habitación estaba bien, el jacuzzi funcionaba perfecto, la limpieza general bien. El desayuno no era de gran calidad ni cantidad, parecían cosas viejas. Alquilamos un kayak medio día y nos quisieron cobrar el día completo, negando con un cartel atrás que lo decía que no lo alquilaban medio día.

El Hotel se encuentra en un estado de abandono importante: todo se ve viejo, gastado y dejado. La pileta esta muy sucia y lo que promocionan como gimnasio es inexistente. Tampoco ofrecen desayuno. Quizas hace tiempo era un lindo lugar pero ahora estaria necesitando una renovacion importante para ser agradable. Deprimente.
