性價比非常高，每天晚上都有免費的粥大廳，前台有免費的咖啡奶茶熱牛奶牛奶好喝，喝到起飛一天喝了五杯，打掃衞生也非常積極

房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員服務熱情，客房服務熱情衞生搞得很乾凈，最重要的是客房內有小度，衹要呼叫：“小度小度，請關窗簾”就會馬上自動關上，真是太方便了，免費早餐還有暖心宵夜，這設施衞生環境服務真的要點贊👍👍👍

1.酒店環境極度差，樓下就是一個酒吧夜店然後高層電梯上通用的 ，另外四五個電梯是擺設，經常有那些喝醉的一起乘坐（對女生不安全）
2.最搞笑的 就是他們的洗衣服務，電梯上貼了一個那麼大的廣告 洗衣烘乾 把服務説的那麼好，實際就是一台洗衣機，根本就沒有一點烘乾 衣服全部是濕的，”聯繫前台跟工作人員，他們説他們洗衣服就是這樣的烘乾就是濕的 更可笑説烘乾到了六十度就停了 如果真的六十度衣服早就幹了，沒有那個能力就不要説這個服務，千萬避坑 我要是説了謊 必死

我經常出差每次都到豪萊雅酒店入住，昨天又過來出差來酒店入住，客房服務員小吳給我打掃衞生的時候，發現我一直躺在床上，電視機也沒開，好像很些不舒服的樣子，便熱心的詢問我哪裡不舒服，然後我説有點頭暈，大概是昨晚工作的太晚，疲勞有點找上來了，休息一會兒就會好的，服務員小吳對我進行安慰了後，過了一會就給我送了一杯咖啡，及一個香薰袋子並付卡片一張上面寫道:“親愛的女士，您工作辛苦了，希望這這杯咖啡能讓您精神百倍的工作，這個小香袋子可以讓您的睡眠更香甜!真的很貼心的服務 讓我在外地出差找到了家的感覺 很暖心！

在這裏住過很多次了，服務人員總是熱情而迅速，他們知道自己在做什麼，給予了我很多幫助，讓我感到非常滿意。客房清潔度很高，設施一應俱全，舒適而乾淨。就連洗手間都很乾凈，細節做得很好。非常享受在外面旅行的時候能貼近家的感覺，放鬆的同時也能享受到安靜的氛圍，環境也温馨安靜。出行也很方便 離火車站啊體育館啊都很近 對這家酒店服務的總體感覺是滿意的，對酒店這次的體驗很滿意

從辦理入住開始就十分順暢,前台人員很貼心,注意事項會提醒到,床單被子都 很乾凈,實在是挑不出—點瑕疵,酒店房間採光很好,非常,真心的要再贊一個。各項服務簡直無可挑剔,交通非常方便,大堂比較大,採光好,明亮,乾淨,前台非常熱情,房間還配備了免費的礦泉水,免費的洗漱用品也很高級。
