Entrance looked and smelled amazing, very inviting. Room nice, comfortable bed, plenty of room, bathroom large. Food options great. Pool area was really nice.

Excellent room with comfortable beds. Room was very humid and hot no matter how low we set the thermostat. Every single thing is expensive and not included. Service at the pool is awful. Took 34 minutes just to get a drink- had to get back checked each time entering the pool- no outside food/drinks but have to wait up 30min + to get a drink/food.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were given drink vouchers and our room was decorated with candles and rose petals for our anniversary. It was a thoughful touch. The hotel is impecable. Would definitely stay in the future
