Beautiful property with plenty of space for relaxing on the river. Easy river access, and a lot of wildlife: butterflies, birds, mink, snakes. Big kitchen with the wildest stove I've ever seen. Close to plenty of canoe/kayak rentals and Hartwick Pines state park.

Beautiful home on the Ausable River. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet with very little canoe traffic (I believe we only saw one in 6 days). We were very impressed with how clean the home was and the beds were all very comfortable. Darlene is very responsive to any questions.

Amazing stay in the AuSable AFrame Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. There is a “patio” area that is literally on the river with comfortable furniture and is covered and dry even when it rained. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. The decorating is just so cool and inviting it is hard to describe. The beds and bedding are top notch. We travel and use VRBO very often and this is the most unique and spectacular house we have stayed in.we look forward to going back. You will love the host too, she was just charming!!
