Great centralized location Rental was as described and an easy checkin process. I would definitely recommend a car rental if you plan to explore the island. There’s all kinds of stuff to see on the French side and travel times can be 30 min each way. Rental is central to everything, whether staying on the Dutch side or going to the French side or doing a day trip to another island. Our favorite beach was Grand Case and eating at the Lolos. Note you are right next to the airport, so you do here jets throughout the day, but it pretty much ends by 8pm.

A perfect location for beaches and airplane watching I would not hesitate to return to this complex or this specific vacation rental. It is in very close proximity and walking distance to both Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach. A bunch of restaurants within walking distance. There is Maho Market on the ground floor, but I recommend the full size grocery store at Carrefour Cole Bay. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and in an upbeat mood. The pool area is always immaculate. There was even a gardener working. A bunch of repeat visitors hanging out at the pool. One couple was visiting SXM for the 20th time, another group was visiting for the 7th time. The inside of the unit was very clean. Shower was hot and air conditioning was cold. The attached outdoor space is a really nice plus. TV has plenty of channels in the odd chance it actually rains. Lots of DVD's throughout several drawers. Bed and couch were comfortable. Absolutely loved the runway observation deck. Watching take-offs and landing was an evening pre-dinner tradition. Owner is very responsive. Parking was easy and very secure.

Maho Beach Vacation My husband and I visited from Feb 6 - 13. We had a great vacation! Awesome views, quiet pool, and very comfortable studio apartment. We had a couple of electrical issues, but these were taken care of immediately and did not affect our overall stay.

Perfect getaway Property is near everything! Lovely atmosphere. Hosts were amazing; very communicative and even provided a taxi driver to assist with navigation to other islands. I thoroughly enjoyed my stayed😁

What a view facing south. The only thing wrong. With this place is we didn't have the time to enjoy it longer. It faces southward. Which means no direct sun morning or night and that is a plus.

Perfect Accommodations Great hosts, super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything you need. Market 1 min walk!!! Yes you can watch the planes come and go but you would never know once inside!!!! Super quite!!! Beautiful pool too! Don’t miss out!

Sunny Smiles and Sunsets This was our third time staying on the island. It was by far the best location for a relaxing stress free vacation. Joy and Dale outline everything we needed to know about the condo and surrounding area along with transportation information. The condo had everything we could possibly need plus it was spotless! If you like to watch the jets arrive and depart in SXM, this is the place to stay. This was my husbands favorite part of the trip! My favorite part of the day was the sunsets - either watch from the observation deck or a short walk to the beach. There is a wonderful selection of restaurants within walking distance as well - great menus! The friendly staff on site made you feel welcome and their customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back! Thank you Joy & Dale!
