The hotel is well located in Malang. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room has a nice view of the water features and a balcony. All facilities are fine although the room is becoming a little tired and worn and could use a little renovation. The hotel restaurant provides a very tasty breakfast with lots of choices of Indonesian food and western food

This is a highly recommended hotel, and it's a great choice if you're going to climb Bromo. The hotel environment is very good, and it comes with a swimming pool and a gym. The front desk provides wake-up call service, and they will also pack breakfast for you in the early morning. The breakfast is delicious, which is important. Recommended.

Everything was great for the beggining till out! Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, we'll be back one day

The bed is big, there is a small sofa, and the breakfast is okay. You have to take a taxi wherever you go. The outside environment of the hotel is not very good, but the inside is okay. Front desk service needs to be improved. come on!

In particular, if you request a packed breakfast in advance when departing for an early morning tour in Malang, you can receive it at the lobby on Haedal Day.
