Good location. Love the room with river view. The room is basic but comfortable. With walking distance to many temples and restaurants.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to Wat Xieng Thong, the night market, the Royal Palace, and the alms giving ceremony. We also booked a private car through the front desk for a trip to Kuang Si Falls, which was great, and we even stopped at a rice field cafe along the way. Since it's an old French-style house with a lot of character, the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's good value for money. There's also a restaurant across the river with a nice ambiance, accessible by a small boat from the hotel's entrance.

It is a building no. 323 on the Laung Prabang world heritage book. It used to be a commercial building. I like this hotel a lot. I stayed at the second floor. I can see the Khan river from my window. This river is not noisy like the Mekong river. You will see some local cross the river by boat, kids play on the sand bank, and monks walk pass the hotel overview the steep street and the river. I think it is very charming. Anyway, the upper floor was made from wooden. Every step on the floor will create a interesting sound. If you need quiet time, you may need to consider about it. But for me I love to experience it. Overall, I like this hotel very much.

Good service, staff was helped me every thing about exchange money or booked the train ticket that I can’t do it.  The room was big and clean. The Hotel was near night market.

Hotels in this area are pretty much all the same. If you want something better, you'll have to go further out or find a newly opened or renovated one.

The location is very closely to the city area. It is recommended for all travelers. The staff is nice and friendly, also having the service mind.

I paid for 4 nights but only stayed for 3 as I moved to a more comfortable place in Luang Prabang given my extended stay. This hotel is average, like most of the other ones on offer in this town. Clean enough, good enough. But for an extended stay, I did not find the room inviting or 'comforting,' so I moved. So no knocks on this establishment... but just very average.

Very good location , near the river

A nice little hotel, feels very cozy, with solid wooden floor and a few decorations in traditional style. Staff speaks good English, friendly and helpful. In the morning - hearty breakfast, three options - western, Asian, and Laotian. Easy access to everything, but not on the main street - quiet and peaceful. There is a gate to Mount Phousi just a few steps away. Double glazed windows do a good job blocking out the heat and occasional traffic noise. Aircon and ceiling fan👍 Bed has a good firmness to it (I really don't like too soft a mattress). Overall clean - not new, but that's the atmosphere! Would definitely stay again.
