Vientiane, Vangvieng, Luang Prabang, we stayed in Vientiane for 8 days. I am most satisfied with this hotel. The decoration and hardware of the new hotel are very good. It is opened by a Chinese and it is very convenient for consultation. The boss, Ah Hui, was very nice. He picked us up and dropped us off, and even sent us a car to take us back to the high-speed rail station. If you have anything you don’t know, just ask him. I will only comment if I am extremely dissatisfied or extremely satisfied. There is such a friendly Chinese hotel in Laos. It's far away from the city, not noisy, and the breakfast is also in Chinese taste. The photo was taken at the hotel, and the perspective is unparalleled. I will stay here again next time I come to Luang Prabang, and will also recommend it to relatives and friends.

Staying at Noah Resort Laos was such a wonderful experience I couldn't give it more than five stars!
The hotel is nestled in a lush green space. The lobby is captivating with its rich Laotian charm. The wooden decor and tropical greenery instantly soothe your travel fatigue. The front desk service was incredibly attentive, with a smile from check-in to departure. It was truly relaxing.
Our room had its own small terrace, and from the window, we could see lush trees and rice paddies in the distance. Waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset over the eaves in the evening—the tranquility was captivating. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding soft as a cloud, and at night, it was so quiet that only the sound of the wind and the chirping of insects could be heard, making for a particularly deep sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and hot water came quickly. The toiletries were handmade from a local brand, and the subtle herbal fragrance was incredibly comforting.
The hotel also serves breakfast. After breakfast, we wandered around the hotel and discovered a large outdoor pool with lounge chairs. We relaxed and enjoyed a leisurely vacation. The staff's service was impeccable. When we wanted to explore a nearby village, they not only helped us arrange a car but also hand-wrote a list of must-try local restaurants. Their attention to detail was truly remarkable.
Noah Resort was definitely the biggest surprise of my trip to Laos. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Laos!

Amazing
Kknoess RichelleThis place is an oasis . The staff are friendly and professional. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Breakfast served near the lily pond each morning. It is a short walk into town or you can use one of their free bicycles. The grounds are beautifully manicured. And there was a yummy cookie left in our room each evening. You can also book all excursions around the city through the helpful front desk staff.
NNuytsiaFloribundaOur stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points.
Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating.
However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all.
Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do.
Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards.
Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space.
We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.
AAdrian StefanLovely hotel directly at the river. Beautiful balcony for breakfast and restaurant food, another terrace directly at the river for relaxing and reading. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walls not too thick though. Stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Free airport/train station shuttle and shuttle to the city center.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The location is really good. The facilities are impressive and well-maintained, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning!
AAnonymous UserThis accommodation is perfect for travelers seeking comfort in the heart of the city. The minimalist-style rooms are cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The night market view from our room was amazing! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. We would definitely stay here again
YYeeMonThe room is pretty clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. An absolute 5 stars for location because it’s close to everywhere and you can just walk around if you like. I only have an issue with their tour service. I booked a private tuk tuk to Kuang Si waterfall and everything was fine. However, for the Pak Ou Cave and whiskey village tour, I paid 250k kip as you can see on the receipt. As per the receptionist who helped me booked, the price included all the transportation fees such as pick up from the villa and boat ride. On the day itself, the tuk tuk came 10 mins late to pick me up and waited for other people to arrive at the pier. For your information, from the villa to the pier is about 7 mins ride. After a while, I got on the boat and a staff asked another 30k kip for the ride. And there wasn’t any pick up at the pier when I got back from the cave. So basically, it’s like I paid 250k kip for the 7 mins tuk tuk ride and I wanted to clarify about that. But I didn’t get to meet the same receptionist until I checked out. Overall, it was a total scam and a waste of money. If you are planning to stay there, try not to use those services as they are so overpriced and not worth the money at all.
GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.
YyyfzhshLuang Prabang is a small town. The hotel is not far from the night market and is close to various attractions. It is convenient for reading alms in the morning and eating and shopping at night for massage. The room layout is simple and hygienic. You must take off your shoes when entering the lobby. If you like quiet, don't choose a room facing the street. , Western-style breakfast is simple and nutritious, and very cost-effective.
KK.-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded.
-The room is super clean.
-The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area.
It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.
GGuest UserIt's okay for the price~ I liked the balcony.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
It's not completely clean, and you have to take that into account because it's an old building. The location is a bit far from the night market, but you can walk there, and I rented a scooter, so it wasn't difficult to get around.
