It's 5 min by car to the great wall entrance so it's pretty convenient. It's hard to find because the outside picture are from their restaurant too and it's not the same place 😅
Also, we saw in the comments that the owner gave free ride to the main entrance but it was not for us. In the beginning he dropped us at the entrance and even picked up when we were done but without telling he will charge us for that later (and more than with other taxi). So ask him before if it's free and you will not be disappointed.
The room is clean but the shower leaks and it's very cold at night.

This place is run by a super friendly family. Their food is very good. Room is clean. Even the owner willing to go extra miles to get some sundries for us. Would definately recommend and come back again.

1.屋子裡沒有任何洗漱用品和毛巾，衹有一卷衞生紙
2.屋子裡有大蚰蜒直接在牆上趴着
3.拖鞋很臟，被褥發黃
4.老闆衹送到遊客中心，送到售票口每人收費10元，回來的時候如果自己已經走到遊客中心了老闆就不來接了
5.窗外直接就是很近的山
綜合以上幾點希望各位來遊玩慎重考慮這家民宿。

房間乾淨整潔，有天歇腳沒出門，整天都很安靜。家人一致認為晚上休息的特別好，睡眠質量很高。
老闆自家餐廳，一日三餐都很可口，量大新鮮、物美價廉。大饅頭巨好吃，還有攤雞蛋、炒蘑菇、豆腐湯、疙瘩湯…老闆娘自已種的小葱、黃瓜，每一道菜都很美味。
老闆娘漂亮又熱情，我們有長者和孩子，老闆娘對小朋友和長者都照顧有加。老闆聽説我們想登長城看日出，住宿兩天都是一早四點開車送我們到售票口，感恩。
此次金山嶺長城之行非常愉快，極力推薦崔家小院。

認識這家老闆好多年了，來金山嶺長城總到崔家小院吃午飯，老闆娘小麗幹活麻利，做飯也好吃，一家人都特別熱情。這是第一次住他家，房間乾淨，舒適。不在路邊，晚上很安靜。來金山嶺長城看日出日落的絕佳選擇。老闆二明是攝影愛好者，大主播，可以陪爬長城。

臨時決定去的金山嶺長城，5.1假期還能有這樣平價的房間真心不錯。老闆一家都很熱心和貼心，飯菜也很好吃。自製的酸菜連着兩天都點了。下次來玩還選這裏。從店裡步行到售票處大概10分鐘，不算太遠。也很安靜。
