Arrived a hour after check in .... got to our room and no Towels No soap or shampoo... Pool was closed and dirty... along with stairways and lobby area. Oh and did I mention they had to change the top sheet because it had a red stain. I will never stay there again... Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.
