Great stay
Love the hotel! Everyone was super friendly. My problem was the mattress was terribly old, and it really needed to be changed out, so sleep quality wasn't the best. Having said that, I would happily stay here again.

Mediocre hotel
Check in was easy. Employee there was nice. Pillows were literally the worst I’ve ever had. Dirty area where you walk in the back door. Staff we encountered in different areas of the hotel were nice and friendly. The breakfast employee was not doing her job. No milk. Waited for 20 min.

We received king with couch instead of 2 queens. Fine but there was no bedding for the couch so we had to wait for them to find some. Dirty towels were left hanging in the bathroom from a precious guest. No housekeeping came and we had to go find toilet paper because there was barely any. Decent room but there were some problems.

Unhappy
The hotel was very nice. Our Kleenex box was empty and we only had one hand towel but the room was nice.
Our check in was the worst. It was late, we were tired and the woman in front of us wanted to cancel her corporate reservation and rebook. They discussed all the different ways she could book and then she signed up for something needing her email which they kept getting wrong. We waited for 20 minutes. All the desk person had to do was give us a key but she made us wait. The clerk never apologized for keeping us waiting or even acknowledged that she kept us waiting. She did apologize to the woman changing her reservation for taking so long!
