Not in the center, but in a good position near Lucca's walls. Fantastic and helpful staff, who helped us change the room, because in the first one we had to wash ourselves in the bathtub, repaired with silicone, placing our heads under the tap, since the shower was unusable. Acceptable breakfast, considered the price.

Nice structure, rooms 90s style. Reception and other public spaces are nice. Hotel is nearby the historic center and close to the highroad. It was a nice stay, staff is very gentle. They also offer a bike service, you get the bike and go freely to the center (not even 10min) without the stress of traffic and parking. The only bad point was the AC, old style and not as I prefer: the room was hot even there was a very few cold air.

Soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29 ottobre al 1 novembre, in occasione del Lucca Comics. Posizione ottima per arrivare in pochi minuti all'interno delle mura (porta Sant'Anna). Comodissima la possibilità per i clienti di parcheggiare nello spazio accanto l'hotel. Stanza pulita ed ampia,.con balcone che si affaccia sulla strada principale, ma senza che i rumori infastidiscano il riposo. Colazione prevalentemente dolce. Personale alla reception ed in sala colazione molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerei molto volentieri. Paolo e Debora, stanza 401.

Ottimo Hotel appena fuori il centro storico di Lucca (lo si raggiunge in 10 min a piedi); stabile probabilmente ristrutturato sopratutto nelle stanze, nuove, ben arredate, così come il bagno con nuovissimi rivestimenti. Giusto una segnalazione riguardo la doccia a cui mancava completamente la griglia nello scarico … un accurato sguardo alle stanze prima di offrirle ai clienti sarebbe consigliato (vedi foto). Colazione buona, piuttosto varia nell’offerta fra dolce e salato ed abbondante. Consigliato sia per lavoro che per pernottamenti per vacanza.

Appena arrivi l’immobile è indiscutibilmente datato e non fa una bella impressione. Entrando reception, corridoi e camere sono arredate con cura. Camere e bagni recentemente ristrutturate (a giudicare dalle porte esterne non credo tutte però), pulite e con letto comodo, abbastanza insonorizzate. Personale professionale e sorridente, grazie. Colazione senza infamia e senza lode. Parcheggio dell’hotel gratuito ma in cui non è presente un cancello o una sbarra. Dall’hotel le mura della città si raggiungono un 10 min a piedi. Consigliato

Albergo a 10 minuti a piedi dalle mura per raggiungere facilmente il centro storico Camere semplici ma con tutto l’occorrente, posto auto nel parcheggio dell’albergo. Personale gentilissimo. Buona colazione. Sicuramente da tornare per un soggiorno a Lucca

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Preis Leistung inklusive Barbesuch ausgezeichnet. Zimmer sehr schön und eine Dusche wo man gebrauchen kann, genügend Platz. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt wo man immer gerne wieder kommt. Zu Fuss in die Altstadt max. 10 Minuten zu Fuss.

Sono stata con mio figlio solo una notte per visitare Lucca, ma torneremo sicuramente! Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo e cordiale, pulizia della camera ottima, colazione variegata ed abbondante. Abbiamo approfittato anche del servizio delle bici con cui abbiamo fatto agevolmente il giro delle mura della città: esperienza divertentissima e che consigliamo! Comodissimo per raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il centro storico.
