I stayed here for a couple days and when I say the professionalism is awful here. I’d rate my stay a solid 2/10. The 2 would come from the room being very nice and the food being good as well. However, the security guys at the pool, the entertainment guys, the lifeguards must’ve all gotten their training at sexual harassment central. I wouldn’t recommend for any woman traveling alone or even as a group. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone. It even took a whole day of calling, eventually having to go down to the front desk for them to even restock the mini fridge. Awful service.

Pros: The property was very beautiful & clean. Family friendly. The staff were very welcoming. The pools & beaches were also very nice, spacious, & clean. There are many restaurants & bars to choose from for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. They offer room service, spa service, & have various shops to purchase gifts. The rooms are also very clean & quiet & we had a beautiful ocean view. If there’s any holidays, the have celebrations. We were there for Super Bowl & they hosted a nice watch party on the beach. For Valentine’s Day, they offered dining on the beach (for purchase) & other free activities.
Cons: The property is 45minutes to an hour away from Montego Bay. Be sure to book your taxi prior to arriving. If you want to explore, you will have to book an excursion or a taxi to take you into town since nothing is walking distance from the resort. I’d prefer to stay in Montego Bay my next visit. The a la carte restaurants book fast. We only got to make 2 reservations on the app during our 4night stay. We originally booked a one king bed room & ended up with a double bed room. It was very uncomfortable for me & my husband especially since i was 7months pregnant at the time. They didn’t change our room until late in the evening our last night there, which we declined. We notified the staff the 1st night of our room concerns.
But overall, it was a great 1st experience to Jamaica. I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their dedication & kindness to serve their guests.

I loved the place the food was amazing and the view was beautiful the only thing is transportation is alittle expensive. But other then that very nice drinks and staff. Beautiful water

This resort property is located on beautiful private beaches. The pools are amazing and staff very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend an ocean view room.
Where there are many restaurant options, good luck getting a reservation. The ap only allows you to book 2 days prior from noon to 3. After learning this I checked my phone exactly at noon just to find out there was no availability. When I talked to guest services I was told groups of 10 get to reserve in advance. I did not see any groups of 10 dining yet the restaurants were full? Guest services booked for us following the same guidelines in the ap with a 9:45 reservation, which is super late for our 2 teens to wait for dinner. When we got to the restaurant we were the only table in the dining room. This happend twice during our stay. The 2nd night another guest told us to check in with the restaurant to see if we could get in early which helped but it was still 9pm. Overall I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
Since our last visit 7 years ago a lot of maintenance is needed. The fountains were out of service, jack hammering at the pool, and a light fixture fell from the ceiling almost landing on another guest just seconds after we walked under it.
I would have rated higher if it weren't for the inconvenience of reserving and maintenance. This is a very nice place to stay and the staff is fabulous.
