A very nice hotel with elegance and style. Attentive and friendly staff.
The room was very clean and well-furnished. It had everything you need, including a small minibar with a coffee machine and free soft drinks and water.
We slept very well; the climate and bed were pleasant.
We would love to come back again, thank you.

The hotel has a great view, the restaurant is good, the room is clean and new, and it is close to the Lucerne train station. Just a short walk across the bridge and you will arrive.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.
