The hotel is located in the downtown commercial district. There are Wanda Plaza and large shopping malls around. The service attitude is good. The standard room I booked was upgraded to a movie room on the 9th floor. The front desk said that the standard room I booked was sold out (but it was still available on Ctrip and other apps). This was a bit disappointing. The room I checked in was not as good as the pictures. The air conditioner in the first room did not work. I changed the room and the air conditioner did not work after one night. The equipment was poor.

Facilities: The basic facilities are complete, and there are many things to borrow at the front desk. Overall, it is very convenient.
Hygienic: There is no cleaning, clean, the sheets and quilts will be replaced, and everything can be satisfied in time.
Environment: The room space is quite large, except that the parking lot is across the road, the others are very convenient, there is a washing machine dryer

Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, very good, responsive, every time you enter and exit, you will say hello, you can patiently answer any questions, recommend nearby food and fun places, and patiently explain to us the route, how to go, precautions, I don't know the problem will also help to check immediately. I have stayed in many hotels. This hotel is the best service I have encountered. I must highly recommend it to everyone.

設施：整體裝修風格比較老舊，房間不大，浴室沒有乾濕分離。國慶期間，看了很多宜昌的住宿，大部分都是又貴又舊，性價比不高。

衞生：挺乾淨，但有點潮濕，可能跟天氣有關

環境：離三峽遊客中心和解放路都不算遠，附近有市場，吃東西也算方便

服務：還不錯

The room was very very clean and didn't have any weird smell. Our sleep quality was not good, so the hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room, which was very quiet. This is the best soundproofed and quietest hotel I have ever stayed in during so many business and leisure trips! Especially their bed, it’s so comfortable! I came back from swimming every day and fell asleep soon after lying on it😪You can walk to the Yellow Crane Tower, Wuchang Uprising Memorial Hall, and Xinhai Revolution Museum. When going out for a small sweep, take the yellow and blue cars uphill and pass through the Wuchang Tunnel to reach Liangdao Street. Walking further along Liangdao Street, you will arrive at Tanhualin. Very cool! 🌹The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very attentive and enthusiastic in their service, and the lady who cleans the room is also very dedicated (^-^)👍In a word: very good! I didn’t take any pictures, but here are a few photos of the scenic spots. I wish you all a good time (≧∇≦)

The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and served iced lemonade as soon as I walked in. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept well every day.
