We had a wonderful experience at the Lüderitz Nest Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!

Excellent food , very friendly staff and comfortable rooms in Lüderitz which is a perfect place to start your adventure into the dunes and the Sperrgebiet. The staff did everything to make you feel comfortable!

Stayed here a few times, but service standard is lacking for the price paid - not 4 star quality The hotel has the monopoly so are resting on their laurels - will change though as other establishments open up in Luderitz. A pity as the location is stunning

The hotel is a wonderful oasis, coming to Lüderitz after a long, exhausting drive of 600 kilometers it was quite an experience to arrive at the hotel by the ocean. The oysters and lobster served for dinner were very good, the service impeccable, the room overlooking the bay and the famous church on the rock. It was a perfect stay.

The hotel itself is ok however they vastly overcharged us. Thankfully we discovered unauthorised charges on our account and complained - no meaningful response by the hotel. Subsequent requests went unresponded ... Eventually had to get the booking agent involved when eventually they gave us our money back - again, no explanation, no apology, not anything!! Avoid and if you can't avoid, check your bill!!!'

A delightful hotel with amazing locally farmed Oysters. The dining room and outside veranda are very comfortable. Breakfast has many tempting options including champagne. Rooms all have sea views. The ocean is literally 3 meters outside your window. The beds are amazing. The early morning and evening walk to town, local pubs and restaurants is a great activity. Lots of historical houses to take photos of. All in all a great spot to visit.

We loved this very professional hotel where everything goes and works as it should. Perfect service of every staff member. And then there's the view. It is quite expensive, but really worth the money, especially if you come out of a desert tent ;-)

Nice room, excellent restaurant, nice view. It was a pitty that the pool closed at 16:30. Also there were no towels in the room. Also the distance to town did us decide to eat in the hotel due to the fact we did not want to drink and drive and also wanted to refrain from walking at night. Restaurant was very good.

Extremely friendly staff and stress free environment! I will definitely go back when traveling anywhere near Lüderitz.
