What an amazing place! The staff are absolutely great and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The property is beautifully designed with a lovely garden. The rooms are super clean, attentively decorated, and very comfortable. The hot-spring bath is authentic and amazing. We don't speak Chinese and the staff very little English but they go out of their way to translate everything for you. The hotel is a bit out of Moxi town but you really don't need to go there. The on-site Yak Hot Pot is truly great and just what you need after a day hiking. Go here! It's so worth the trip.

温泉天花板海螺溝王者歸來！怎麼説呢，雖然不是二號營地那種露天雪山🏔️♨️但是私湯的魅力在於隨時、以及便捷的更衣～酒店服務很親切很暖的那種，有種你就是來探訪她們的老朋友，到門口來等你、投喂最新鮮的豌豆尖………覺得老闆肯定自己就是個愛家…有個詞“小而美”（#^.^#）就是説的它…剩下就是山野的清風、雲間的霧氣，絕對度假體驗拉滿…除了貴沒有毛病，甚至你擔心她會不會虧！

這次因為朋友力薦，剛好趁假期打卡海螺溝温泉，就定了這家。出發之前，管家主動聯繫，還幫我們升了房型，感覺很好。等到入駐，給我一個大大的驚喜，酒店很精緻，在周邊環境中獨樹一幟，辨識度很高。酒店的服務非常周到，有温度，手寫歡迎詞，我們都很喜歡，給我們升級的房間可以看到雪山，温泉是重點，很好。另外，酒店設計師的審美是我喜歡的調調。

計劃了很久旅行，選住宿的時候一眼就相中了這個酒店，尤其是那個私湯，從圖片上看就很大，很高級。實際體驗也很好，服務很棒，從接車、幫忙提行李、入住、客房服務、離店的各個環節都很主動，服務周到。最值得推薦的就是酒店環境，房間很大，公區很有設計感，拍照非常出片，非常完美的一次體驗，希望酒店也越做越好，後面有機會再去！

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，很有品位注重細節的酒店，特色是看着雪山喝着可樂在房間就能泡私湯，巴適的很。吃的也很好，氂牛肉湯鍋很有當地特色，早餐種類多，搭配的也很健康。辛夷熱情細心，有求必應，小夥子周到熱心，提前一天就聯繫問清需求。酒店到摩西鎮海螺溝發車點自駕十五分鐘，適合喜歡清靜，可觀雪山泡私湯的自駕遊者。

突發奇想想泡個温泉，在攜程上找四川省温泉排行榜，找到了海螺溝的二山來温泉度假酒店，看到點評説非常不錯，就預訂了攜程上的三天兩晚的温泉私湯套餐！到了酒店，感受到了酒店經理和員工熱情的服務，酒店的大堂感覺就像一個温馨、浪漫又充滿藝術感的家的感覺！柔軟舒適的沙發、壁爐、畫和鮮花、蠟燭的完美融合、每一處細節都看到了他們的設計感和用心！旋轉的樓梯、充滿硫磺味道的真温泉、房間裏總經理給我們寫的歡迎卡片、歡迎水果、品種豐富的水、飲品和零食、晚上的睡前銀耳粥！還有好吃的氂牛肉火鍋！住了兩個晚上還是意猶未盡，是一個度假放鬆的好地方！

風格偏日式，旋轉樓梯、黑白色系的房間佈局等都顯得高級，園林很有高級感。服務非常優秀，整個團隊都很貼心，每個房間都配有私湯温泉，可以很私密地享受温泉，而且温泉的水質，一放水，全是硫磺的味道，純正的温泉水。床品也很棒，媲美奢華五星酒店。餐飲很出色，性價比不錯，值得體驗，還會再來！
