酒店的服務很好👍衞生很不錯，走到哪裡都有工作人員熱心提醒、接待。中午入住的比較遲，也熱心為我們準備了飯菜。訂的私湯房很有格調，湯池的温泉是天然泉眼引上來的，泡得很舒適。樓上樓下都可以泡澡、游泳，尤其是前台接待的小樑，從我們住店到離開都熱心提醒、問候。總之，是會再來住的酒店，推薦！

設施：硬件一般，房間温泉池裡麪的金屬扶手搖搖晃晃的，剛入住時毛巾架子突然掉下來嚇到我了，還好沒有砸到人，房間看起來挺新，但是馬桶是黑色的很多劃痕，不理解，但是現在是 1月份 床上的電熱毯開個 1 檔就很舒服了，主要是來泡温泉的，也不計較太多了，温泉很頂！從藏區一路遊玩過來皮膚很乾，死皮停不下來，整個臉慘不忍睹，但是泡完温泉後，皮膚像活過來一樣，死皮一搓全脱落了，比所謂的**皮膏好用多了，温泉水裡還有很多的礦物質，小小塊的肉眼可見的沉澱在池子裏。
環境：很浪漫的中式設計，就是廁所不應該和洗手池設計在一起在小房間了，太窄了。還有一個點，門口隔音不算很好，入住當晚，隔壁三家鄰居互相認識的，他們總共 6 個孩子，然後那些孩子整個晚上在關門摔門砸門互相串門，一個小時不下 40 次，然後還在公共走廊大喊大叫，從 晚上 8 點多鐘到要快凌晨 12 點才安靜下來，期間工作人員有去做提醒，奈何父母沒素質，孩子也隨意***停不下來。
服務：從一開始就有工作人員拎行李進房間，一路介紹酒店的服務，吃早餐還有工作人員幫我們取餐全程跟蹤跑腿，太貼心了，後來有一天沒來得及去吃早餐，工作人員也幫我們把早餐送到房間內。

軟件超過硬件，酒店服務態度一流，熱情周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。遺憾的是酒店設施成就，房間衞生間不寬敞，床太窄。櫥櫃的油漆都掉了很多，看上去有破舊感，六百多遠一晚不值。還有抽水馬桶抽水一次不能抽乾淨，經過我檢查，原來馬桶水箱衹能放半箱的水。難怪抽不乾淨。這是為了節約用水嗎？結果是適得其反，需要抽兩次才得以抽乾淨。真不知道酒店老闆是咋想的。希望老闆改進酒店設施。

海螺溝的重新開放也帶活了磨西古鎮，長征大酒店可能算現在鎮上條件好的酒店吧，畢竟冬季旅遊必須住得暖和舒服，前台的美女提醒我們進山穿厚點，還告訴可以在街上買鞋套或雪地靴，感謝😊。酒店温泉的水温有點高，泡池沒那麼多花裏胡哨的添加品，也沒山裡温泉的硫磺味，據説是真温泉，住店或不駐店都可以來泡。早餐一般，有待提高。
