When we arrived, the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. We were told we could eat at the restaurant right off the lobby so we planned to eat dinner there. When we arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later, they told us we could not eat there unless we had made prior reservations due to a wedding they had next door. The lady told us “we have to prioritize the wedding of 200 people”. I asked where we should eat and the lady shrugged. One of the waiters, who was very kind apologized and recommended the bar . They had some dishes from their restaurant menu. We were pretty irritated because we were both exhausted and the lady was very rude to us. We watched 20+ people get turned away from eating dinner due to this wedding. I completely understand that they need to focus on a wedding and the food for the wedding, however we should’ve been told about this when we arrived that the restaurant wasn’t available unless we had already made a reservation. The resort is very nice and there was a lot of fun things you can do there, but some of the staff were quite unkind.

I’ve been staying there for 22 years. Always very consistent with conditions and staff is very kind. When booking, room options are a bit unclear. I wish we were offered an upgrade since the facility was empty in shoulder season.

The room had no tv remote. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. My son then went to the front desk, from the Adam’s House, and he was told they didn’t have a remote that would work. Disappointing
The room itself was nice, though, and there was a complimentary continental breakfast since it’s off season for them.

Pool area filled with spider webs on all windows. No hand or vacuum been there for months.
Lack of breakfast area an issue.
Very expensive for what it offers.
One night was $690 and the other more than $700.

You need a place to eat breakfast in the inn. It was not kept clean at all including bathrooms.

This was advertised as a king with a pull out couch. It turned out to be a king with two chairs and a table. I appreciated the additional apace and the table but we were a party of three. Luckily, I thought to bring a blow up mattress. Also, the first room we checked into had no heat. Maintenance came to check on us quickly and moved us to another room.
