Safety: Newly renovated, well-equipped, should be relatively safe, but the room card wouldn't work multiple times [grin]. Quietness: I told the front desk they'd assign us a quieter room, but it faced the street, and the noise woke me up at 5:00 AM. Cleanliness: Newly renovated, clean facilities, but no housekeeping, not even the trash, was done during our two nights. Satisfaction: Dissatisfied! We originally booked two 1.8-meter deluxe twin beds, and called two or three days in advance to confirm if the same price was correct for all room types. They said no! However, upon check-in, we were offered a 1.5-meter twin. My friend, who arrived first and wasn't aware of the situation, booked the room they had booked. When I arrived, I requested a 1.8-meter twin, but they said they didn't have 1.8-meter beds and the largest was 1.5 meters. Then they said the door to our room was broken and locked! Haha! I don't understand why the 1.8-meter room was listed on the platform if there weren't any. How could I have booked a room of that size if there weren't any? Why didn't you contact me in advance if there were no rooms? I couldn't sleep well, which really affected my mood!
