XXuanbaomamajiaI took my kids on an off-peak trip to Dinosaur Valley and stayed at the Hot Springs Hotel on our first night. The room was average, and the buffet was just enough to fill us up.
The value wasn't great.
I highly recommend staying at the B&B in the nearby village of Ana. Locals built their own houses. I looked at several before booking Yi Romantic B&B, and was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied.
The owner personally picked us up at the hot springs hotel, and we arrived in just a few minutes. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The owner's restaurant, Sour Soup Hot Pot, was a great first for me. My daughter absolutely loved their beef! 😋 It's delicious and affordable.
Suggested travel tips: Stay directly at Yi Romantic B&B. If you arrive in the afternoon, buy hot spring tickets after dinner and soak there. Contact the owner before 11 PM to pick you up at the B&B. The next morning, check in at the Ruins Park. You can have lunch at the village archway or back at the B&B. In the afternoon, visit the Space-Time Park and choose the activities that suit you and your children. The owner will also help you arrange transportation to Lufeng. I highly recommend Yi Romantic B&B.

MM507815****The hotel is generally good. However, firstly, the mentioned check-in time of 2 pm was delayed again and again. I couldn’t wait and went to play first. I returned to check in before 5 pm. As a result, the two rooms were not together yet, so forget it. 6217 was only super small when I entered. The window was changed to 6402 after communicating with the front desk for a long time. Second, there was obvious low-frequency noise in room 6402 and the corridor. It was probably caused by the equipment on the roof, but after thinking about it, I was too lazy to change it because it was already 5:30 in the afternoon and I was too tired. Third, there are rich Chinese food for breakfast, but no Western food, which is not very friendly to me who is used to coffee and bread.

After leaving the station, take a horse-drawn carriage or take a taxi to the farmer's market in the ancient town. The inn is closer to the inn than the entrance of the village. Both a horse-drawn carriage and a taxi cost 5 yuan for 3 kilometers. If you feel fun, take a horse-drawn carriage to the inn. I originally booked a double bed room, but I didn’t clean it up, so I went shopping and changed to a tatami room. The room was quite big and clean, with air conditioning. I didn’t expect it to have automatic curtains. The hot water was big and comfortable, and the bedding was clean. I stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday. The boss not only opened an inn, but also opened a restaurant and sold salt and pear vinegar. There were two banquets held on May Day, and it was a bit noisy, but everything else was fine. Going out at night to enjoy the night view, eating barbecue by the river is very good!
