We stayed here on our Camino. Its a bit outside the city. You can take a bus to the old city every 30min from here. The hotel as a heated pool, jucuzzi and gym. The Spa has no treatments. We arrived late and had a good dinner here. The rooms are small but comfortable. I think the 4 stars is a bit overrared.

The hotel is not located in Lugo, but on the outskirts close to a motorway/motorway. However, there was not much noise in the room. Reception does not give a good impression on arrival, but the hotel is in good condition. The employee who worked at the reception during the night was very friendly, trying to speak Portuguese to better communicate with us. The room was not very big, but the bathroom was very small. The door opened and there was little space left. It has a gym which we didn't use but which is very well equipped with lots of machines. The spa is very small, being little more than a hot tub. Breakfast was not included in the reservation and we ended up not testing it, but there was also an alternative cafeteria service. The best part of the hotel is the swimming pool. It has a cover that allows you to alternate between being completely covered (as it was the day we were there) and completely uncovered for days with better weather. The water is heated and reasonably large, which allowed us to be at ease (in fact, there was no one else there).

Better than average; not quite very good...but the lovely staff and wonderful pool here tipped the scale in the rating. My basic room type was a good size, clean with very basic amenities and a slightly awkward bathroom layout . No individual room temperature monitoring, no mini bar or coffee making but there is a fridge. Basic shampoo sachets, huge terrific towels. Nice simple breakfast that offered salt and pepper, which is a rarity in most of Spain. Great parking and access around Lugo if you don't want to have to continually navigate the narrow streets of the town. The pool area is wonderful and the temperature was just so comfortable. The grounds and all areas of the hotel were absolutely immaculate. Would provide all year round swimming so bring a suit. I Had continual issues with the door key reader, and was woken by a tour group slamming doors and vacating my level but despite this I Would definitely choose to stay again.

The staff were very helpful and the Hotel really good value. Easy parking. Cheap taxi into Lugo. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower facilities good. Value dinner and plentiful breakfast. Had a swim in the heated pool which was enjoyable . The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

The food and d price of The dinner at the restaurant is afforfable and the food is delicious.
The SPA is enticing but the water is cold to stand the treat. It must increase to higher temperature. Because we'd got sick after our vacation.

Hotel con un pequeño y acogedor spa con acceso ilimitado para los huéspedes. Habitaciones muy cómodas y muy buena limpieza. Personal amable. En el restaurante, platos amplios y todo muy rico. Precio asequible. Cafetería también tiene mucha variedad. Recomendable traer un albornoz para moverse por la zona de spa y el paso a la piscina cubierta. Hotel tranquilo y agradable!

Precio habitación 2 adultos+niña 3 años=62€ Precio habitación 2 adultos+niña 3 años +bebé 6 meses= 124€ No me parece muy normal, he llamado para preguntar si eso era correcto, y un chico/señor me ha dicho que sí, que es lo que hay, y me ha colgado el teléfono sin ni siquiera decir adiós, me he quedado con la palabra en la boca... Así que del hotel no puedo opinar, pero la atención de la recepción es pésima. Gracias!

Un hotel muy aprovechado, con muchas posibilidades, buen servicio y atención, aunque las habitaciones pequeñas pero recompensa otras cosas. Su ubicación algo apartada pero muy tranquilo, digno de aprovechar sus instalaciones. Muy recomendable.

Bien por el precio que cuesta, lo que mas me llamo la atencion es que no tiene precios caros en el buffet de desayunos ni en el bar, se puede comer por poco dinero, las camas comodas el servicio muy atento, la piscina la verdad es que estaba muy bien, gimnasio equipado, lo unico la zona de spa que solo es un jakuzzi con unos chorros, creo que es poca cosa la verdad. Si hay que tener en cuenta que esta lejos de lugo, hay que llevar coche si o si.
