The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel provide hot water 24/7 and you can check in any time of the day. The staff may be a bit lazy and not provide towels if you don’t ask. The hotel is pretty expensive and don’t worth it by European standards, but this complain is more about DRC. The surroundings are not fantastic but Boulevard Du 30 Juin and a pharmacy is located within walkable distance (during daytime). In some of the rooms Wi-Fi doesn’t work and you need to go to the lobby. The Internet is slow. The breakfast is available at the property.

All service , location, management, customer service, cleaning and restoration are great . I will be glad to stay there on my next trip to Kinshasa. This is a great place to stay when in Kinshasa . They also offer a safety environment for their guess.

After 14 hrs of flight, was sleeping. The guy knocks on my door and the receptionist calls me on the phone to ask me to return the iron box at 12:45am. The explanation given by the receptionist is there are other guests like me who would need to iron their clothes, and this is the only one available. Posting it right now as it happened, not sure if pathetic is the word to use for this hotel.

They take the rest of the customers supposed to be at the Léon hotel but a hotel which books beyond their capacity and which sends the customers to this palatum hotel. I had to make 4 round trips even though the two hotels are not far away just to confirm which hotel I was in. To avoid without mentioning the restaurant
