This is the best hotel i stayed so far. I give rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Me and my family love to stay here especially my 3 years old daughter because this hotel is so kids friendly. Everything is good about this hotel. Food is good and many choices. The staff is friendly. I love the environment, very cozy and suitable for family staycation.

I brought my grandmother, my mother, and my son for a short vacation, and I must say that without choosing this hotel, our trip might not have been so memorable. My grandmother is a wheelchair user, and I was truly surprised to find the hotel to be almost 99% wheelchair accessible.
All the hotel staff were extremely helpful, always assisting us with pushing my grandmother. We nearly missed the chance to enjoy the beautiful seaside near the hotel, but thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, they helped us bring my grandmother there. We deeply appreciated their thoughtfulness and support. I will definitely back to Double Tree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort !

Thankyou for your hospitality. I enjoyed my stay at your resort, i would give 4.0 rating for my stay this time. Minus 1 rating is due to few hiccups we encountered which thankfully resolved by your team efficiently. As my stay is short i can only experience a few of your facilities and im entirely satisfied using them. (maybe the socks price a bit too high for low quality sock when entering the kids room). Definitely a place we consider to revisit next time. Thankyou 🌸
