Courteous staff and very helpful. Clean and cosy place but really secluded, need owned transport to get around. Monkeys did their business on our car parked at parking area.

Location quite far from town as this hotel located beside the beach so the view 💯. Swimming pool very big with many slides just like waterpark. The hotel environment very nice, very satisfied with the breakfast, variety menu and the taste of course superb. The cookies also very tasty and big 😂. They have lots of facilities for u to enjoy during your staycation including kids club, games room etc. But one thing i want to highlight their housekeeping did not do proper cleaning as the toilet floor quite dirty and they left the used toothbrush inside bathroom 😒

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut with our two young kids, and we had a fantastic experience!
Accommodations: Our room was spacious with daybed and comfortable, with enough space for the young kids to sleep. The view of the ocean was a lovely bonus, and we loved the complimentary cookies upon arrival.
Amenities: The resort offers a fantastic kids’ club, which allowed our little ones to engage in supervised activities while we enjoyed some time in spa. The family pool was perfect for splashing around, deep fo enough for adult and the kids especially loved the water slide. Pool attendants are doing great job there too making sure everyone safety.
Dining: The dining options were varied and kid-friendly. We appreciated the buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, from local favorites to international dishes. The staff were accommodating and attentive, surprising me with birthday song sang by Mr. Clown! And there’s fireworks on Sat evening by the beach too!
Activities: We took advantage of the private beach with so clean! We even took up the ATV by the beach - that our kids adored.
The DoubleTree Damai Laut is a great destination for families. The combination of relaxing accommodations, fun activities, and friendly service made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning!

Great resort! However, too far from the city. Just 2 restaurants on the territory and most facilities are closed early. No groceries store as well. So if u’re used to be awake till late night, this resort might be not the best option. Otherwise - awesome quiet place in great location; amazing for families.
