這次入住感覺非常好，房間裏面很乾凈，環境也很温馨。新年裝飾氛圍感滿滿，瞬間感覺到了的“年味”，工作人員也很熱情，迎來送往的，還特意介紹了本地特色剛好可以過年送人。是值得入住的酒店。

高鐵西站接站服務:酒店服務周到，這是一大亮點。
設施：洗澡的花灑有點差勁，水壓也不夠。
衞生：自助餐的碗筷需要加強管理，吃早餐發現很多碗都有灰塵。應該放在消毒櫃子裏，而不是台下。
環境：環境舒適。
夜宵:宵夜太少，根本沒什麼吃。

離譜 真的離譜 從來沒有見過這麼離譜的酒店.我們前前後後出行旅遊這麼多次 住過好的不好的酒店也幾十上百家了 從來沒有聽説過有酒店房卡意外丟失需要補錢.補錢就算了 一張卡五十 .我辦個身份證工本費才十塊錢 咋的指着這賺錢呢？什麼卡比身份證還金貴呢.我們都要走了追出來貼臉 真是敬業呢 且不説補卡費用 建議任何有出行需求的人都不要選擇這家酒店.半夜隔音特別差 凌晨一兩點都能聽到外面的人吵吵 根本睡不着.水吧那裡上面還有一層玻璃 沒有放任何東西沒有任何作用 除了撞人腦袋 真挺離譜的 麻將桌有多臟我們都沒拍下來 真可惜了

第一次來這個城市，參加食品博覽會，剛開始下火車的時候，感覺城市很小，火車站出站台連個電梯都沒有。車站門口打車也不是很方便。從火車站到這個賓館要有25分鐘左右的車程，好像距離高鐵車站比較近。到了賓館，才稍微有些舒暢。賓館前面還是有些小情調，稍微舒緩了一下心情。前台小姐們都很熱情。衞生，環境還都不錯。

2月4號的漯河漫天大雪，路上厚厚的積雪。長申的司機師傅擔心我們拖着行李在積雪上難走，貼心的把我們送到了離進站口最近且沒有積雪的地方。寒冷的冬天裏被深深的暖到了。
