小院坐落於景區內的農家民宿，老闆一家都很熱情，窗外就是美景，據説春天會更美，非常舒服，如果有時間的話真想多呆兩天！

民宿很新穎，地點就在九龍瀑布景區內。有一個院子讓大家感覺很放鬆。老闆很親切和氣、招呼周到，安排車子接我們入住。房內有茶几座椅，坐看梯田羣山美景，十分享受！。

客房很乾凈，裝修很新，離景點很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，民宿老闆和老闆娘人都非常好，很樸實，兒子也很好，教我們怎麼玩景點，晚餐在民宿吃的，老闆做的菜很好吃～民宿前的梯田景色很優美寧靜！住着真的很舒服！在景點還看到彩虹，就是剛好遇到汛期，瀑布很磅礴，水是泥水，但也能感受另一種感覺！

這個季節來，雖然錯過了羅平的油菜花，還好遇見了山水小院，住得也舒服，環境非常不錯，背靠青山，門口還有梯田，目前正在栽秧，還有小溪環繞，很治癒，很放鬆。距離九龍瀑布風景區也是非常近。趕上端午節，和店家老小一起包了粽子，非常開心！店家小女娃太可愛了，愛聊天，愛勞動，是一個上進的小姑娘！春天油菜花開的時候再來。

民宿位於九龍瀑景區內 走着十分鐘就可以進入景區 老闆會提前一天和客户聯繫 溝通細節 房間乾淨整潔 我們朋友一起訂了兩間房 直接都升級了三層景觀房 雖然現在不是油菜花盛開期 依然可以看到廣闊梯田 舒適寬廣 民宿有自己的停車場 樓前可以坐着喝茶賞星空 完全沒有遮擋 民宿可以提供農家樂飯菜 純天然 味道好 雞都是自己養的 新鮮出爐 賞大自然風景品原生態飯菜
