The hotel's breakfast was a delightful surprise! They offered both Chinese and Western dishes. All the baked goods were delicious, and the cooked dishes were light yet incredibly flavorful. The fruit and milk were very fresh, and the coffee was excellent, clearly made with quality beans. A special shout-out goes to Wang Huicheng from the restaurant team. She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and extremely patient with children, providing a level of service on par with, if not exceeding, that of a five-star hotel. Truly fantastic!

The hotel's location right next to the subway station made getting around incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, offering a wide, open view of Kaiyuan Avenue from the 11th floor. The breakfast spread was generous and very tasty. All the hotel facilities felt brand new. A big thank you to the front desk for the complimentary welcome fruit. It's also just a short distance from Kaiyuan Lake.

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was quite good. The location is super convenient for getting around, with a subway station right outside. Taxis are also inexpensive, which is great because we actually ended up taking taxis most of the time! It was so easy to get to all the tourist attractions.

We chose the Holiday Inn Express by Kaiyuan in Luoyang for our family trip during the summer holidays. This particular branch in Luoyang is generally superior to the one in Luanchuan, and the service was fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent. It's not far from the Longmen Grottoes and Luoyang Museum, and Yingtian Gate is also within a reasonable distance. Parking is a major convenience here, with two underground levels, which is far better than hotels in Luoyang's old town. My tip for visitors to Luoyang is to park your car here and then rely on taxis for sightseeing and dining; it's incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, we received complimentary souvenirs and fruit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We also got a room upgrade. Breakfast is served until 10 AM and offers a great variety. A lovely touch was the complimentary old-fashioned popsicles available for guests to take from the lobby entrance on the first floor, perfect for cooling down in the summer heat. Our room was very clean. We also noticed quite a few international guests staying at the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

My family of three stayed in a twin room on the 15th floor. It had excellent natural light and a very practical, well-designed layout. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Citizen's Home Metro Exit D, making it easy to take Tourist Metro Lines 1 and 2 to visit many major attractions in the city. Plus, there are plenty of shared e-scooters/bikes right outside, offering a convenient and affordable way to get around. Parking is available right beneath the hotel, with two spacious underground levels providing ample spots. The breakfast spread was extensive, and dishes were replenished quickly; the beef noodle soup, in particular, was absolutely outstanding. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the staff are very courteous. Complimentary bottled water is available on every floor, and the lobby on the first floor even offers free traditional ice pops and mini puddings – a delightful touch! For a hotel in its category, it offers fantastic value for money. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Shendu (Luoyang).

I had a very satisfying stay. It's no wonder this Kaiyuan's lobby is adorned with so many Golden Dragon and Silver Dragon trophies. A hotel's genuine commitment to its guests isn't just reflected in the rooms; you can feel it from the moment you step in, lugging your bags and feeling weary. The complimentary tea and refreshments at the front desk, the regularly replenished bottled water in the elevator areas, the bright and open corridors, and the 24-hour self-service laundry facilities – all these details truly showcase this Kaiyuan's exceptional standards and thoughtful guest experience. I will definitely choose to stay at this Kaiyuan again on my next visit to Luoyang.

First off, I have to commend the hotel's location. Can you believe it? You literally step out of the subway exit and you're right in the hotel lobby! You can't beat that for convenience. As for the hotel's cleanliness, it was absolutely impeccable.

The rooms were spotless, and the front desk service was excellent. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. The location is incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The breakfast spread was generous, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. We checked in quite late, and the following day, we had unfortunately missed the regular breakfast hours. However, the restaurant staff went above and beyond, staying late to ensure we still got breakfast. We're truly grateful for their exceptional service!

While Luoyang has plenty of hotels, prominent, well-established 4 or 5-star properties are quite rare. This international chain business hotel is centrally located, attracts many international guests, and boasts ample parking in its underground garage. Both the facilities and service are excellent, offering great value for money! The front desk service, in particular, is exceptional, making it a solid choice for either business trips or leisure travel.
