Location is good as it is near to malls and metro station. Staff ranging from the front desk to security are all friendly and helpful.

The room I booked was very good. It was spacious, with a large projection screen. The environment was great, and the service was very friendly. The room was clean, well-planned, and had free mineral water. Transportation was also convenient, as it was very close to the subway station and the train station. If you want to go anywhere, you can go directly to the subway station and take Line 1 or Line 2, which is just a few hundred meters away.

The TV in the room was large and could be projected, making it very convenient for watching TV shows in bed at night. The bathroom shower had a small shelf for shower gel and conditioner, so they were always within easy reach. The maid would ask if we needed housekeeping and replenish daily necessities every day. The housekeeping was excellent, and the service was great. I highly recommend it. Getting around was very convenient, with Wangfujing Department Store and Dennis David Place nearby, and the subway entrance was also very close.

服務員每天手寫愛心卡片，及時打掃，天氣炎熱水供應充足，大堂也有咖啡機和自助茶水，機器人送餐到門口。酒店在大衞城附近步行5分鐘，1號線解放路就在酒店一個路口5分鐘步行，可以直達應天門2站和西工小街1站路。

離地鐵站近，雙地鐵出行很方便。
衞生挺乾淨，這些都滿意。
早餐不滿意，訂了3晚入住，套餐裏面是2份早餐/天，入住的時候想補一份，告知第二天早餐的時候才可以補，價格9.9一份，並確認了2遍是9.9一份。
第二天補早餐券的時候換了個前台，變成19.9一份，要**團購才是9.9，怪不得我當場説補的時候不給補，等着我補19.9一份的呢！
建議各位選擇入住的大家，如果有需要補早餐的，**團購好再來。

酒店房間衞生打掃的挺乾淨的，房間裏有智能語音助手可以開關燈和窗簾。房間窗户蠻大的，配備的洗漱用品質量不錯，還有一次性的拖鞋、馬桶墊。天氣比較熱還給免費提供不限量的礦泉水喝。位置也很方便，坐地鐵去景區都很方便
