老闆超讚，有問必答，房子位置絕佳，離十字街很近，公交車就在門口，正兒八經的三房兩廳，乾淨，舒適，設施齊全。
缺點是老城區，4樓沒電梯，一個衞生間，稍有不便。
但如果是一幫人，絕對比住賓館方便，性價比很高，我們連續住了三晚。

所有房間收拾都很乾凈，房東也很貼心的介紹小吃和附近旅遊景點位置。總體來説非常滿意，性價比很高。交通便利，附近居民區物價便宜。有機會路過洛陽，還會選擇這裏。

乾淨衞生，屋內配套很好，每個屋都有空調，和家裡差不多，該有的都有了。房東有問必答，服務熱情，很滿意。周邊逛吃也很方便。

老城區的房，四樓沒電梯，房間裏面裝修挺新的，廚房很大，一套住七八個人都沒問題。出小區大門左轉三百米就是十字街，各種各樣小吃，十字街走到盡頭又轉就可以到麗景門，很方便
