The child was surprised when he entered the room. It was a super visual experience. 2. The decoration of the room is very new and of high quality. Whether it is the materials, lighting or layout design, it is very artistic. 3. The toiletries and other supplies that the room should have are all high-end, and it is also equipped with an air purifier, which is very loving. 4. I went out for a meal temporarily and told the front desk that the child wet the floor when taking a bath in the bathtub, and asked the front desk to arrange for mopping. As a result, everything was restored to the same as when I moved in when I came back. I washed two pieces of clothes for my son before, and also left me a message to send laundry detergent, which was very thoughtful. In short, from parking to leaving the hotel, all the necessary details have been considered for you, which is impeccable. Before leaving, I also gave my son a cute toy, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

The hotel is located in the sports center, next to the lake view, and the room window overlooks the beautiful lake view. Welcome fruit and good night milk are provided upon check-in. The service is considerate. Since there are three adults and one child staying, we asked the service center for two more pairs of slippers. When they were delivered, the service staff also sent 2 sets of toothbrushes. The room is fully equipped. You can enjoy the beautiful lake view outside the window while lying in the bathtub. After getting out of the bathtub, you can walk directly into the shower room. The design of the dry and wet separation of the bathroom is very reasonable. There is a special trail downstairs for running and walking, surrounded by greenery and rich in negative oxygen ions. I will choose to stay next time.

The hotel environment is very good, built on the quiet and beautiful artificial lakeside, with convenient transportation and parking. The service is particularly enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was upgraded to a larger room type, and the front desk lady also escorted me to the elevator. I was very satisfied with the room, especially the large balcony bathing pool, which completely eliminated the fatigue of the journey. The Japanese restaurant on the first floor is great, and the popular Maple Bar is on the first floor of the gymnasium on the other side of the lake.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The service is considerate. I will visit again next time.

It is definitely a five-star hotel, but maybe because of the Peony Festival, the hotel price has increased too much.

The room is really clean! The facilities are great and the service attitude is very nice. If I come to Luoyang in the future, I will book this hotel again.
