我們一家三口出行，訂酒店的時候已經説明是個大孩子，所以要求必須3人間以上的家庭房，1.5的床勉強可以對付了，衹給兩個枕頭是怎麼個意思？跟前台要，跟我説服務阿姨下班了，不提供這項服務，我去，沒見過這種的，這是不想好好乾的節奏？
