住過不少比此好的民宿，但是性價比卻是第一！裏面該有的設備都有，難得是有鍋、調味品、煤氣能起火。海洋世界僅幾百米之距，但是要去縣城要八公里，車輛停小區外還是安全的，進來走一百米就到。小區還可以，難得房間衞生十分乾淨舒適。若是一定説不足：電視機小的點、冰箱噪聲大了點、掛鐘是不走的。總之，性價比高！

房子在一個大型小區裏，房間很大，應該是拿之前別人的住宅改的，收拾的還是挺乾淨的，但是停車在小區裏需要另外收費，可以停到小區外面

與房東溝通順暢，兩室一廳有家的感覺，衞生也不錯，離羅源灣不遠，作為一家過路的歇腳點還不錯，停車方便，附近吃飯的地方也不少。

頂層海景房，設備齊全，乾淨衞生，離海洋世界走路衹要十分鐘，適合親子出遊，就是天氣太熱要是客廳也有空調就更完美了

房間整齊乾淨，房東態度好，尤其是有一個房間的床是靠牆的，對帶小寶出門的寶媽是實在是太友好了，再也不用擔心孩子睡覺掉下來了。

衞生：衞生很好很乾凈，住了幾次了，一直都不錯。
環境：周邊環境不錯，晚上不會吵，周邊夜市小吃也很方便。
