A really awful experience. First, this is by far not a four-star hotel - by the room standards and of course by the service quality. We have to call insistently the reception several times because the was no blanquet for our daughter and they reacted quite angrily to this request. Overall, a very bad value hotel to stay before the flight - very small rooms, delapidated and very poor 3-star level facilities and the service of a 2-star accommodation. And yes - they charge you 5 eiros per person for a shuttle service, something unheard of for an airport hotel.

Location is good especially if you want to be close to the airport to catch a flight out. However it is not convenient if you would like to visit the city

Booked for an early flight, was flying early in the morning. Hotel have a service for the airport but be ready that it could be fully booked. We had to book an uber to the airport.

The staff were wonderful and treated our large group of 17 people well. All the staff spoke in English and Italian. The hotel is close to the hotel but you have to get a taxi to the airport or to the station to get to central Milan. Overall a very positive stay.

I booked a night stay with my family to rest in between flights, the room was ok but the bed sheets smelled like sweat as if they weren’t changed between guests. All of us struggled to sleep at all because we were itching most of the night. I didn’t expect that for the amount of money I payed for one night:(
