On approach the hotel looks great as soon as I got to reception they are adamant on been paid in dollars. (Dollar is at a weak rate) after a few negotiations got the rate £40 bellow what they were asking for. Still had to book via uk and pay at hotel. The room itself self was ok until I entered the bath room. Mould around the bath. The sink was coming away from wall and no hot water …. Ok never mind these things happen. So a crack in the celling didn’t look good. And the super fast WiFi only works a staggering 3meg Next morning I requested a late check out no chance of that at all 1000 check out as room was booked to be cleaned at 1151 room still not cleaned

The hotel location is excellent and we found the facilities to be of a very good standard for what we paid. I'd say this is definitely value for money. It gives a high class feel especially at the lobby and the ambiance is very comfortable. We found everyone to be friendly and accommodating. Food is also great with difference choices, whether grilled meat, fresh pizza or habesha food. The rooms were spacious, clean and overall comfortable.

Stayed here with my wife, great experience. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was nice and the location is great. Alot to like about the hotel. Used the salon and spa which was convenient. Overall, recommend.

I had a fantastic stay. Super comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. Great location, tasty food, and really nice rooms. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle free stay. Recommend.

Stayed in hotel for approx 15 days. Very happy with the standard of service from all staff and management. Very friendly, welcoming, attentive staff. Hotel is clean, secure parking and staffed 24/7. Excellent food, plus on-site pizza restaurant and pool bar. Value for money is excellent, would advise booking directly with the hotel and avoid all the online booking platforms. Better deals to be had booking directly. Distance from airport is only 20 minutes and hotel operates a shuttle bus if needed. Shopping and businesses close by and within walking distance if needed. Taxi service is cheap and fairly quick to respond if needed. When we decide to return will definitely make arrangements with this hotel again. We found it better value to stay here than rent a self catering apartment as the hotel is safer, on main route, staffed, available 24/7, cleaning and laundry service is available. Plus food and beverages were great value. Owner of hotel and management always visible on site which demonstrated reassuring commitment to guests. Really enjoyed the experience!!!
