Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there

Everything functioned properly. The bed was cozy. The shower pressure was exceptional. The kettle, iron, cooker and washing .machine were functional. The living room and bedroom were spacious. Everywhere was clean. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is perfect for those who like comfort and convenience. The suites have a lounge area, kitchen, a laundry room and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. The bed and pillows are divine. Most interestingly, they serve treats every day to all their guest. My only issue is that I wasn't compatible with the fragrance in our conference room (maybe it was my ancestors disagreeing with my enjoyment of the comfort instead of being Frugal).

Highly recommended the stay, very happy. Shout out to Anita and Allen .they’re valuable assets. The staff in general are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pudding delivered every night is a great touch.Thank you

Wow! What a great experience! Friendly staff and a very good clean hotel, 5 star experience! A big shout out to a staff member named Anita - she goes out of her way to make sure that guest are happy, the food was great, the breakfast spread is really well worth every buck.
