The hotel room is cozy, clean, and tidy, perfect for couples. It's super close to the cable car's upper station, just a 3-minute walk away. The front desk lady was very welcoming and provided excellent service.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the cable car station, just a 50m walk. This makes it really easy to hop on the shuttle at any time to visit both the East and West lines. The room service was excellent too. Whenever I called for something to be delivered to my room, it arrived promptly. They even gave me two breakfast vouchers! I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

Small room with limited amenities,no direct lift to room above second floor onward,have to carry luggage up a flight of steps to elevator n reaching in middle floor level depending on yr room A,means dragging yr luggage up or down another flights of steps,not suitable for seniors. Breakfast is below the expectation.Unless you need the rope station or tram direct to the base of the mountain,there is no taxi that can take u downhill due to licence restrictions.Taxi fare return trip cost us cny600.

The staff is very nice (doesn't speak English though). They gave me a free box of white tea upon departure. The hotel is well located, in the heart of the city.
