這次入住[曙光鉑悦酒店]體驗超棒，必須給五星！
一進大堂，裝修精緻大氣，香氛淡雅宜人，前台辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹各項服務，尤其是陳女士熱情介紹旅遊景點和線路。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟，一躺下就像被雲朵包裹，浴室備品品質高。
酒店餐廳早餐豐富。位置也很優越，出行時酒店還給約車到觀光車站。這是來廬山旅遊的絕佳酒店 下次還來！

這次入住廬山曙光鉑悦酒店的體驗簡直太棒了！從前台辦理入住開始，就感受到了十足的温暖。前台小姐姐笑容超有感染力，辦理手續迅速又專業，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務 ，有問必答，讓初來乍到的，心裏特別踏實。
酒店地理位置好，緊鄰牯嶺街繁華街，房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨又舒適，床品柔軟，因沒算好時間導致早上提前退房，結果從廬山下來後渾身濕冷，前台小姐姐得知後又特意給我們開了一間房臨時休息和洗漱，真是太感動了！超級感謝！這次難忘的住宿體驗，離不開酒店的優質環境，更離不開前台小姐姐的暖心服務，真心點贊！

不錯的入住體驗，我們是當天晚上開車上的廬山，到酒店時已經快晚上8點了。酒店給我們升級了房型、比原來預訂的房間大景觀更好。
早餐方面，因為人不多沒開自助餐，但是品類不少、需要吃什麼服務員從後廚保温箱裏現拿出來，總體用餐體驗還是不錯的。
唯一就是，那幾天天氣太差了，全是大霧天、廬山的風景大打折扣，衹能窩在酒店裡麪吹暖氣，好在酒店贈送了《廬山戀》觀影，在廬山上重温下老電影、在熒幕上領略下廬山美景，也算聊以慰藉😄走的時候還有伴手禮，挺好。
該誇誇，該批評還是要批評。服務扣掉0.5分，前台小姐姐，確實談不上熱情，連個笑模樣都見不到，這一點值得改進。

稍微有點遠，走6-10分鐘到正街，也算方便，景色不錯。設施也還行，冬天沒有暖氣，把空調開得大大的，也行。就是廬山的酒店都有點傲嬌，晚上打了幾次電話沒人接，過年放假了。白天才能找到人，處理問題很快速。
稍微偏僻的好處是沒有那麼喧鬧，如果要圖方便，可以再訂離正街近一些的酒店。下次還會住，值得推薦，四樓風景最好

設施：一進入房間，便看到精緻的水果擺盤和茶具，便知道我們選對了酒店，房間地毯通鋪，乾淨利落的半身窗，站在那，能看到錯落有致的牿嶺小鎮風光，智能語音，智能燈關，讓這趟旅行多了很多便利和輕鬆。
衞生：酒店房間各方面都很乾凈，用的牙刷都很舒服。
環境：酒店設計典雅大方，大堂前有一個挺大的停車場，方便停車，離正街大概五分鐘路程，比較方便。👍👍
服務：酒店派車索道接送，店家和陳陳姐很熱情，幫忙提行李，前台小姐姐也很熱心幫忙規劃行程，避免我們錯過纜車。晚上還有廬山戀電影看，走的時候還送了我們鉑悦訂製伴手禮盒。💝💝
十分推薦！無論是家人出行還是朋友旅遊都十分推薦！

酒店硬件還是不錯，這次也給免費升級了房間，整體來説還是不錯！不過提三個小小建議：
1. 由於我們9點才入住，由於我們攜帶了兩個孩子，缺牙刷拖鞋，安頓完後大概10點後前台電話已經沒人接了；
2. 大廳麻煩開下空調，下樓來大廳涼颼颼的
3. 大廳裏的拖地大爺麻煩把煙戒了，第一次見到硬件條件這麼好的酒店大堂裏叼着煙拖地的😀

十分推薦這家酒店，各方面都很滿意。（和另一個訂單是一起的，所以直接複製評論了）
設施:新開業沒幾年的酒店，設施肯定是無可挑剔，配套的早餐也很豐盛。唯一就是家庭房一條長長長長的走廊有點奇怪（不影響住），以及空調沒那麼給力導致衞生間有些冷。
衞生:100%乾淨，窗明幾凈，細節衞生很到位。
環境:能自下而上看到牯嶺鎮景色，還有四層的露台很不錯。雖説有接送服務，但位置多少有些偏僻。
服務:這個真沒的説，有6顆星我都想給打6顆，前台會貼心地告訴我們推薦的遊玩路線，還贈送了我們很多次叫車服務，十分感謝。
價格:有點小貴，但我感覺還好，性價比很高，給人物超所值的感覺。
另外，這幾項服務都很今人驚喜:鉑悦訂製伴手禮盒、廬山戀電影觀影。
