Pretty old hotel. Needs deep cleaning especially the bathroom. Far below expectation. However, breakfast was ok.

Never inform and give us the rm at Level 4. We are having big lugguges. Furthermore, all their rm at Level 1 to 3 are empty. The staff just don't bother to check.

挺好的 客房服務的姐姐人特別好 前兩天下雨的時候還給了我們傘 讓我們別淋濕了 小木屋房住起來也很安靜 就是洗澡得去室外洗 有一點點不是太方便 其他的都挺好的

這次來貴酒店感覺到了服務有所提升，一開門發現温暖無比，暖氣已經為我們打開了，體貼入微。在不給力的天氣下出來泡温泉，本應選擇武漢周邊的私湯，尋覓了幾家後還是捨近求遠的來這裏。感覺有一點你們做的比其他地方細緻，就是在平台上私湯客房可以有不帶公共温泉票的選擇，雖附加的温泉票價格很優惠，但這對部分客人而已也是多餘的，希望你們越來越好

度假村（客房和温泉）整體比較老舊，毫無度假品質可言。攜程上的介紹和圖片與實際相差好大，極具誤導性，令人乘興而來，敗興而歸。房間整晚不定時的發出嗡嗡聲，讓人難以入睡。關鍵是價格卻是高檔酒店的價格，體驗感和性價比皆差。
