Shangtang Hot Spring Resort

The hotel room looked old. There was no tea or coffee. The price didn't match the service. I was originally supposed to have a room with a mountain view. It took them 30 minutes to check the reservation. Also, the pool and water park inside the hot springs were not open. It wasn't worth the 530 yuan. The quality didn't match the price. The breakfast was not tasty. The breakfast room was not big and the seats were full.

Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are too poor. The bathroom table is covered with hair...the sofa is black and moldy and cannot be used anymore. The balcony glass door was dirty and the balcony railings were badly painted and looked dilapidated. Service: Average. The front desk was very indifferent. I asked for cleaning, but it never came. Facilities: The facilities are very old… Double ticket for Shangtang Hot Spring: The hot spring is not bad, there are few people, and the service aunt in the hot spring is very good, very considerate and enthusiastic, much better than the front desk 👍

I feel that the location of the hotel is good. There is Donglin Buddha on the left and Lushan Xiufeng Scenic Area on the right. However, the facilities and environment inside the hotel room are average and there are not many breakfast varieties.

The weather is nice and you can go out with friends. During the day, you can go around to see the rapeseed flowers, climb the Donglin Giant Buddha, and stay in the hotel at night, which is super cool. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast and the food tastes good. Anyway, it’s good, I like it.
