Do not speak English and mostly not willing. There was one night staff member that was willing and trying to help. No bar. Have to purchase tickets to the water park to access the billiards room and hot springs. The personal hot springs advertised for the room is essentially a bath tub on the balcony. The "view" was of the freight road and a wall. Breakfast buffet is traditional Chinese foods - good food options. No coffee available. Nothing relaxing, tranquil or quiet about this place.
