地理位置比較好，離牯嶺街商業街很近，晚上可以在小鎮內散步。衞生按照民宿標準來看還可以。老闆人很好，可以接送到索道站，也推薦了幾家當地人自己吃的小飯館，味道還不錯，但和平飯店不推薦，我們去了之後一直推薦店裡最貴的菜，我們晚上衹想點些小炒，直接告訴説沒有，反覆推銷所謂的廬山特色菜，我們直接走人，所以店裡沒有生意真要反思一下自己，旁邊的姐姐飯店就很好，魚都是現殺的，肉質緊實很嫩。因為位置在山上，且有獨立花園，房間內有小蟲子是不可避免的，但能在接受範圍內。獨立花園內的地磚在下雨天濕滑，如果穿一一次性拖鞋的話會摔跤滴（慘痛的教訓）。雖然在入住期間房間設施發生了一些小插曲，無傷大雅。
