The hotel's location is truly excellent; it's just a couple of steps from the cable car exit, and super convenient for catching the sightseeing bus. A special shout-out to the hotel's service! Upon check-in, they introduced the Lushan tour routes and even gave me complimentary small fruits and snacks. The next day, I accidentally twisted my ankle while hiking and even lost the complimentary hiking pole from the hotel. When I returned, everyone immediately showed concern for my foot, which I really appreciated. They even arranged for the hotel car to take me to Lushan Hospital for a check-up. The driver was incredibly kind, waited for me at the hospital the entire time, and provided door-to-door service. They also arranged for a wheelchair for me, and for dinner, I ordered directly from the hotel restaurant; they even delivered it to my room. It was absolutely delicious, even better than the meal I had outside the previous day! Overall, I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel! Once my foot has healed, I'd definitely love to return to Lushan!

Since we wanted to check in before 10 AM and our reserved room wasn't ready, the front desk, understanding our need to rest, kindly upgraded us to a deluxe king room free of charge. Excellent option to stay on the mountain. The hotel is located in Guling Town, inside Lushan Scenic Area. It's right next to the cableway rope, so it's super easy to find it once you get to the mountain by cablecar. If you get to the mountain by bus, the driver can drop you off at the hotel.
The staff is really warm and helpful. They were very kind to explain the best route and activities for a one-day trip. There were some tasty welcome snacks and by the end of our stay, we got a gift box with local snacks and tea. Very nice surprise 👌 😊
The bedroom is comfortable and nice. There's heating floor so the room keeps warm and cozy. We stayed in December so it was quite chilly outside ❄️ It's okay to drink from the tap water as it's from the mountain spring. Towels are disposable, but you can always ask for normal ones if you don't get used to them.
Breakfast is included. You can enjoy an abundant breakfast meal before heading off to the mountains.
