設施：齊全。有個小衣架。空調挺好用。提供一次性紙杯。空間適中。夜裡燈光比較暗，但桌子可移動。不隔音，晚上三點半能聽到賓館對面的建築裏的小孩哭聲，晚上四點有一男一女上樓梯説話聲也能聽得見。門衹有一道反鎖。衞生：打掃得很乾凈。床單乾淨但老舊。需要消殺蟲子了，桌子下面看見有指甲蓋那麼大的甲殼類蟲子爬，還有喝個飲料，就會有米粒大小的果蠅圍過來陰魂不散。廁所一用就有反臭。環境：很方便，周圍到處都是吃的喝的商店，衹有幾十米遠。服務：友善。總之，八十多塊錢的價位裏沒啥好強求的，性價比較好，無視掉蟲子，能打掃的地方都打掃了，短期出門可以用來湊合。優點就是吃喝不愁。

賓館位置好找，就在大路邊；旁邊有飯館，方便進餐，有三四家，不同類型，可供選擇；賓館環境一般；沒有電梯，如果行禮多、重，要自己搬上搬下；房間未提供飲用水，需自己另行購買；熱水供應有點慢。瀘溪的佈局和八卦城是一個類型，方便走路，沅水很美，夜間的燈光也有新意。

設施：走廊燈靈敏度不好，開門還得用手機，電視老舊，機頂盒還是那種插閉路線那種，最重要的是還不能看，壞了；空調還行，時間長了能製冷；吹風機能用。衞生：整體環境衞生還行，就是被子枕頭床單毛巾都有污漬環境：比較好找，樓下門口都有飯店，就是啤酒賣的超貴。服務：前台帥哥服務態度很好總之服務不錯，硬件設施不太好！
