Narada Resort & Spa Wugongshan

Surprisingly good. Just the a/c wasn't strong enough or might have broken down and we slept through the night in sweat. But everything else - I couldn't complain nor find any issue to pick on with the price we were charged.

Terrible experience. Location; Middle of nowhere. There's nothing around the hotel. Across the street are some local food shops that are crazy expensive and offer no variety. Hotel: The building is old and in need of renovation. Semi-frindly staff. Rooms: Extremely dark. Even during the day you can hardly see anything. At night you can't see your face in the mirror. Old furniture, dirty, used old carpet. They don't clean around bathtubs or under the shelves and in the corners. They never clean the balcony even if you ask them to clean the room. Water park: The water and hot springs area is not run by a hotel so as a hotel guest you can't go in and out whenever you want, only once a day. Hotel doesn't have it's own pool. Of course nobody tells you that until you're there. For this money that is unacceptable. We chose the hotel with a pool but we can't use it whenever we want to. The pools are dirty, moth is growing on the floor of the pools. The dirties one is small kids pool. The pool equipment is old and falling apart. Everything is half broken. The lifeguards are rude and arrogant. The hot springs are also dirty. Hotel restaurant: Expensive and no variety. The food is extremely average. Kids playground: Also run by an outside company. Dirty. They don't want to turn on air conditioner unless you ask them 10 times. They have so many excuses why there's no electricity inside. Terrible. Breakfast: Good. A lot of options. The only good thing about this hotel. We are never coming back here. It's not worth it, we paid 900 per night for below average hotel that should only have 3 stars. A complete waste of money. Especially considering this was our first vacation in almost 3 years and the first vacation with out baby. Thank you for nothing.
