I wish I could give it a 0 but hey. Had originally booked for 2 nights however the treatment from staff was poor throughout. Some occasions: - asked for assistance to book a taxi. Staff refused saying they would not get enough of a cut to make it worth his while to call a taxi. - bed sheets were bloodstained - they refused to accept the complaint - no WiFi - technically it appears in the lobby but good luck using it. It won’t even appear from the rooms And worst case. I checked out a day early due to these aforementioned problems. They confirmed cancellation and said I’d get the money back. I accept and leave. Then they tell trip that actually they didn’t check me out and so refused to accept a cancellation..

The hotel was good for the price, the view from the room was great and it was clean. Breakfast was OK. Booked a double but they gave us a twin but it was easy to push the beds together. If you’re particular, you probably wouldn’t stay here but if you understand that you get what you pay for, this hotel is great.

I appreciated the lovely breakfast spread and the friendly and welcoming demeanor of most of the staff. The view of the Nile was stunning; however, I did find the area to be a little concerning at night. It would be helpful if guests were informed about the ongoing construction ahead of time, as the noise was quite disruptive during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the AC in my room wasn't functioning properly, which impacted my comfort. Lastly, I found the reception staff to be a bit stiff and could benefit from a more approachable attitude. Also, it would be great to have wifi access beyond the lobby.

Beautiful views of the Nile, great pool, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A variety of food options with an Italian & Chinese restaurant on the property.

Hotel was Good . It was a little bit out dated and in need of an upgrade. Cleaning staff could do a better job with mopping and dusting. The bathtub needed to be scrubbed with chemicals as it was very dirty with yellow stains. Otherwise the hotel was very enjoyable.

Good location near many restaurants and a pub or two. Very nice facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast included was okay, consistent every day, helpful that it was early. Rooms were a bit old but clean, comfortable bed, nice balcony, hot water. My only complaint was there was only one very inconveniently located outlet to plug in everything.

We liked our time in this hotel, we enjoyed the swimming pool, just the breakfast was a bit disappointed, but the rest was fine.

We arrived at midnight for a one night stay and left in the morning to see the temples. Good location. Friendly staff. My only suggestion would be to provide better directions to find the 6th floor as the elevator stops on the 5th, and there was no signage to direct us towards our room. It was confusing and took longer than expected to find where we needed to go even with directions from the front staff.

The breakfast was super unpalatable. I only had two bites after watching it... It’s not in line with Asian people and it’s not very common (the Iberotel hotel next door is a hundred times better) The room is so-so, the space is OK, but the hygiene level is average Beautiful landscaping

We booked a Nile River view suite for 3 people. The booking said it had a double bed and a single bed, but the picture showed a king-size bed and a twin bed. The price was 2100, while a standard room only costs 600+. We were 3 adults with 2 children, and the hotel asked us to add 105 dollars to one room. I asked if we could stay in the suite, and if we could just leave the 105-dollar room unoccupied. The hotel said it was no problem, which I couldn't understand at the time, but I still paid the money. I expected to be ripped off when I arrived. As a result, we went to the so-called suite, which only had 2 single beds, only 1 meter wide. Let alone three people, it was not worth it for two people to sleep in this environment. It really annoyed me to bring a family with me. It was not a suite at all. There was no sofa in the living room or even a wardrobe. It was really a trap. I spent more than 700 yuan to buy a room that was the same as a suite and was told that it was a special treatment. 🙄🙄 The hotel was like the style of the 1980s, with a scene similar to The Shining, very gloomy. There was a mirror at the end of the corridor of the hotel. I won’t say more, just look at the pictures. I can’t stop complaining.

The view and hospitality are great

This is highly recommended. The location is very good and the hotel environment is also very good. I saw a super beautiful sunset at night. Many people took wedding photos in this hotel. It feels like a five-star hotel with super high cost performance. Although the facilities inside may be a little old, it is still good. After all, it is recommended for this price. However, don't expect the front desk staff to help you with your luggage or something like that!
