Hotel is rather nice, has numerous facilities such as pool area, bar, gym. Spa and multiple shops. Outside pool area is rather large and spacious and also has a comfortable seating area within the hotel and at the entrance. Hotel is rather dated, such as the bathrooms and the elevators and breakfast could be somewhat improved.

Perfect location next to Luxor temple, travel agency at the lobby has very good prices, we book a taxi to Marsa Allam for the half of the prices we were offered from other hotels,
The breakfast is ok! But honestly for us was very difficult to find good food in Luxor, so we were happy to have that option

The facilities are old and the cleanliness is average, but the location is good. You can see the Nile River. It is very close to the Luxor Temple and the market. It takes about 10 minutes by car from the train station and is within walking distance to McDonald's.

If you book a garden view room, you will be given a three-story earth building with no elevator on the edge of the hotel garden. People from other countries who book it will be given a garden view room in the hotel building. The bed in the river-view room booked by cash in the lobby on the first night was collapsed, the towels were black, and the bath water was smaller than the sink.
