I was disappointed with the room I allegedly booked as Duplex. It was not the castle accommodation as I had hoped to experience. I like to warn others not to book these rooms which are like a chamber maid’s rooms no. 50-54. I had to go through the function room to get to my room which is along a corridor apparently for the maids’ quarters in the olden days. 😟 Furthermore these rooms windows facing the courtyard, extremely noisy when there is a party till 11 pm. I spend almost €400 per night for a horrible castle experience stay.

The hotel looked good on the outside, it is clean and designed with a castle interior. though it was good on the outside, there were no particular facilities and fun attractions other than the view seen from the restaurant.

The decor of the hotel is superb. I find the room a bit hot during the summer time.

The hotel experience is average. I saw pigeon droppings on the balcony as soon as I checked in. The room is very small. The hotel is on the mountain, a little far from the city. The facilities are not perfect, the service is average, and the cost performance is not high. It is not recommended

The room is very very very nice. The facilities are relatively old. Everything else is OK

The bedsheets in the room were dirty and beige, and had been used for a long time. The water at the front desk was free, but it was not available in the room. The cleaning was not proactive. The elevator up and down the mountain broke down 5 times. It was under repair when I left, so I had to take a taxi every day. The scenery is beautiful, so I accepted it for the scenery. (A hotel that relies on its reputation) Hygiene: Average

A very clean castle hotel with a classic feel. The toiletries are also British brands. The breakfast is satisfactory. The location is excellent and you can overlook the whole city. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. It gave me a very good and warm feeling. If there is another chance, I will bring my family here again.

Service: Super good. Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in! It's a great environment, it feels like a castle. I'll stay in this hotel again next time I go there. The hotel is located at the commanding heights of Lucerne, with unparalleled views of the lake. The views during the day and night are superb. If it weren't for the itinerary, I would have stayed a few more days.

I have a Ctrip black card. The room is average, small and shabby, equivalent to a domestic express hotel. The scenery outside the window is great! Really beautiful

The hotel is in a very good location, overlooking Lucerne. The scenery is beautiful and the room is clean and tidy.
