賓館地處鬧市區，有八樓九婁二個樓層，沒有獨立的酒店，而是租嘉潤國際廣場的房產改造而成。前台美女服務熱情，回答問題不厭其煩，值得點贊。房間安排在九樓，背街，晚上安靜，睡眠質量好。酒店房間面積各異，大小不同。但是一個人居住沒有侷促感。面積比較大，入住體驗良好。枕頭軟硬適中，被套床單乾淨無異味。衞生間乾濕分離，水量大，洗漱舒服。樓層保潔大姐勤快能幹，勞動付出較多。酒店新開業不久，衞生良好。唯一不足之處，早餐品種較少，遇到廣東團隊，根本沒有辦法吃飯。最後再去時，菜基本沒有了。

這次入住速八酒店，從辦理入住開始，前台服務態度很好，有問題及時解決。周邊美食多和交通方便，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去很快就能放鬆身心。浴室乾濕分離，熱水秒出，水温穩定。晚上很安靜，睡眠質量超高。早餐種類也豐富，味道不錯。而且價格實惠，性價比不錯，以後出差旅行就鎖定速八啦！

速8這次體驗很棒！地理位置優越，緊挨商圈超方便，步行街，樓下便利店、早餐攤、葯店全有，臨時買東西都省心。停車場免費，房間雖小但乾淨利落，床品潔白無異味，地板一塵不染，衞生間水壓穩、熱水快，前台服務超熱情，主動問好。推薦附近美食，退房還送了礦泉水。早餐是現煮粥和包子，暖胃又實在。性價比絕了，整體體驗感不錯，下次出差或旅遊必須再選這家！

床品乾淨衞生，洗手枱很大，晾衣服的地方很方便，早餐挺豐富，樓下有很多美食，一樓是前台8-9樓是客房，把車放在負一就行，找個緊挨電梯的車位還是挺方便的

有停車場，領券免費停車，在鬧市區，買東西很方便，但晚上有點吵。客房在八九層，早餐在九樓，東西種類不多能吃飽。來呂梁一定不要錯過李家山村。
