Schönes Kurhotel am Rande der Stadt und im Grünen gelegen; in wenigen Gehminuten ist der Boulevard zu erreichen; sehr viele Restaurants und Cafe`s vorhanden mit moderaten Preisen und großer Speisenauswahl; gemütlicher Kur- und Spabereich mit hauseigener Radonquelle vorhanden; die Therapeutinnen Aleksandra und Viktoria mit guten Deutschkenntnissen waren zu unserem gesundheitlichen Wohl vorbildlich im Einsatz; englisch kommunizieren war auch möglich; sehr freundliches Hotel-Personal und hilfsbereit in allen Dingen; Serviererin Nadja hat sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert; Verpflegung in der Halbpension völlig in Ordnung und vielseitig; haben dort eine 3-Wochenkur mit 42 Anwendungen absolviert zu einem sehr guten Preis; viele Ausflugsziele per Fuß und Seilbahn zu erreichen; für Wanderlustige ein wahres Paradies; nach Tschechien mit vielen Ausflugszielen ist es auch nicht sehr weit! Zittau und Görlitz ist auch nicht sehr weit entfernt. Alles im Allem ein schönes Fleckchen Erde zum Ausruhen und Genießen. 5 Fleiß-Bienchen sind von uns vergeben worden!

Super Lage, geniale Behandlungen, guter Spabereich! Zimmer groß und gute Betten. Zimmerservice besteht aus Wasserflaschen geben, Müllbeutel auf Mülleimer legen, Toilette reinigen und durchwischen !!!! Frühstück super, Mittags gut, Abends wenig!!!! Personal nicht kundenfreundlich. Weihnachts- und Silvesterfeier gut ! Wenn man das Foto des Hotels sieht erwartet man mehr!!!!
